I have NO idea how to interpret this. I read about genetics from 3 different books AND SparkNotes, but this sole question was able to stump me! (Granted, I seriously stink at biology.) I know that there is a correlation between the distance of two genes on a chromosome and the percent of recombinant gametes (A, a, B, b, etc.) But that isn't helping me right now.
My problem spot is this: I'm thinking that if 3:1 dominant-to-recessive phenotype for the F2 generation was "expected" and the law of independent assortment should be applied, the answer should be choice B - the genes are on different chromosomes. If there are two genes on different chromosomes, that would lead four different gametes (AB, Ab, aB, and ab). But it would only be AB and ab if there are two genes on the same chromosomes.
But now I've confused myself even more and I don't know if the above is slightly correct or FAR from logical...

Just curious.
Humans, especially adolescents, love to blend in and be apart of the group. It's our nature.
And like I said, this is quite apparent with children of all ages. A lot of teens try to blend in with what's "in" at the time. Like so and so, dislike so and so, do so and so, hang out at so and so, wear so and so, have a significant other, etc.
But I'm not really talking about that. I'm talking about more so how much of your interests just coincidentally are like most of your peers plus how well you blend in.
I can't say I blend in..At all. Maybe online...No cross that out; I don't blend in online either. Even around people that have similar interests to me I stick out. I don't mind though. From a coincidental standpoint, I doubt most of interests or thoughts are like that of my peers.

My son starts kindergarten this year and I got a letter in the mail last week saying we are now in a non-transported area. For my 5yo to walk to school, he would have to walk almost 2 miles which include 2 roads with no sidewalk and crossing a 6 lane highway with NO crossing guard. I am soooo pissed off!!!!! Of course I would never let him walk that, but I am now going to be forced to sit in that huge drop off/pickup line at the school. I live in Florida and have no AC in the van. This is going to be horrible! The school told me that I need to be in line by 7am or he will end up being later....school doesn't start until 8am!!! I'm just wondering why the line to drop off/pickup is so long? Is everyone else in the same boat as me or do they just prefer taking the kids instead of letting them walk or ride the bus?
They told me that I needed to be there by 7 or he would be late. That if I pulled up to drop him off at 7:30 or 7:45 he would be late because by then the line is huge!
I didn't realize I needed to explain every detail of my situation without receiving so much crap from some people.
I DO have a younger child who will also need to be in pre-k across town by 8:30.
I WOULD NOT let my 5yo ride his bike across the highway any faster than letting him walk!
OF COURSE I will wake up early and get my kids ready for school. We have 7 kids, I don't just lay in bed all day.
I was simply asking why others drive so I could find the answer to the long lines.

Our townhome is very poorly ventilated as it's squished btwn two others so only windows at the two ends, but no cross breezes at all as the direction the house faces :( I already do frontline on my dogs, and would love to hear any other recommendations to combat these fleas from every angle. Well, to start it off, I have been on the verge of ripping my Xbox out of the plugs and tossing it straight into my window. Not out the window, INTO the glass. Also, after 3 or 4 years, my Xbox finally received the RROD. It also displayed the E74 message on my screen. I tried all of the solutions to fix it and decided to send it to MS. It took about 4 weeks for it to get to TX (from CA), have them take of the face plates and put it onto new hardware, and send it back. I'm sure my Xbox was at the factory waiting to be repaired for a long time though, since the failure rate of an Xbox is 50%, and 40% to fail a second time. I've looked at the PS3 and I kinda wish I had one. The problem is all my friends have Xbox (all of them have had RROD too) and Halo is exclusive to the Xbox. PS3 has so many more exclusive games and they all look way better than the Xbox exclusives. Halo and Gears of War are the only good exclusives for the Xbox, but I only play Halo for the single player and custom games, then GoW for the SP and playing against bots with friends. God of War, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, MAG, all of those games look amazing. I think that the PS3 wins in the exclusive games category. If I could change everything, I would have all my friends play PS3 (and me). Also, MS are the cheapest bastards alive. Their microphones suck so much. It's almost entirely made of really thin plastic. Two of my friends' mics snapped and mine just stopped working (not sure how). I ended up having to get Turtle Beaches, which are amazing. I also bought two play n charge kits, which stopped working after about 6 months or less. They just wouldn't charge the battery anymore, and the light wouldn't lit up either. Now I have to use rechargeable batteries (since it's a hassle to buy batteries all the time), but they are starting to die a lot more often then they used to. And $5/mo for live????? That just doesn't make any sense. Xbox is the only gaming system where you have to pay to play online. PC doesn't pay, PS3 doesn't pay, Wii doesn't pay... Come on WTF!! Speaking of Live, I had to buy a Wifi adapter and it costed me $100!!! Ridiculous. To me, the only problem is no cross game chatting with your friends. I think that may have been released, but only to Playstation Plus subscribers, not sure.
TL;DR: Having an Xbox kinda sucks. It has its PRO's but I'd replace it with a PS3 if I had the money, free cross game party chat, and if I had more than 2 friends who have one.
So what do you think? Do you love or hate your console? And which do you think is better, PS3 or Xbox, and why?

I couldn't even cross-train (and I can't drive/parents couldn't drive me if I wanted to train in a pool anyways), it was a really nasty leg injury. Don't want to go in all detail how that happened - but I'm 100% better now. Now, I haven't ran in 3 months (since the end of April), and I was only in "normal" (not very fit) shape back in April, I don't run track in the Spring, so yeah.
XC Conditioning starts 2 weeks later... am I doomed? Everyone is already probably already reasonably fit... and the season really starts in the middle of August.. if I start running, is there anyway I could be in shape by the end of July?

I'm saying this in reference to one specific breed, the Nordlandshest (Northlands Pony), which is a VERY old breed that was used by the vikings and said to be the mother of the Icelandic horse; but that has been knocking on the door of extinction for a long time. I have been enjoying a wonderful relationship with my man for five months. Shortly into the relationship he said he had a secret he found embarrassing but wanted to tell me anyway. My response was to ask him to consider carefully as sometimes a secret is best left at that, that something embarrassing from the past has no relevance now and I didn’t want to think less of him.
He informed me he was a cross dresser, that he started as a young boy, was caught by his mum when he was a teenager and she humiliated him by forcing him to wear his sister’s school uniform. He continued to cross dress, giving it up when he married 20 years ago (the marriage ended a year ago and had nothing to do with cross dressing) for a short time, then resuming it.
The explanation given for cross dressing was he found it sexually exciting, daring, he loved the feel of the different fabrics, particularly women’s underwear. While he has women’s outfits and makeup, he states they don’t turn him on as much as the silky underwear and nightwear.

Not knowing much about this subject, I researched the topic looking for insight and understanding. Repeatedly the message was cross dressing is not something that stops and by this I mean, there may be stages where there is no cross dressing and then, something will stir the urge to start up again.
He has all his cross dressing stuff stored in sealed boxes.
I love this man. He loves me. I admire his honesty although he changes the story. A discussion about cross dressing where I mentioned I’d find it disconcerting to think I was with him only to find he was another woman when I was away. He said the only reason he told me was he though cross dressing was funny - he forgot he said he found it embarrassing, was probably fearful of my reaction.
Jokes of how much fun this can be, having a boyfriend who is also a girlfriend, the shopping sprees, the makeup hints, the sharing of perfume I find not funny at all.
While he states he is no longer interested in cross dressing and I believe him, I also suspect there will be a time when he returns to it simply because all the information I have read repeatedly states this and I can’t see why he would be the odd man /woman out. I told him stuff I had read. He asked ‘am I in remission?’ Remission is not a word I would use.
If cross dressing was so easy to stop, then there wouldn’t be so many problems with partners finding out years and years later, feeling betrayed because a big part of who they thought they shared their life with kept this side of them a secret.
I don’t imagine - on the flip side - my man busy relishing my femininity would be all that comfortable if I told him I get my rocks off dressing and pretending I am a man.
The problem is, try as I might to understand, to gain insight, I’m simply not comfortable with cross dressing. I can’t fully explain why, perhaps in part because I see it as a farce and worse, he tries now to downplay the implications. Cross dressing is about pretending to be a woman to the extent a man dresses as a woman and usually masturbates due to the sexual turn on for these people. He, quite angry, said he was 100 percent masculine, didn’t need to feel feminine, like he became very defencive and I let it go.
We have had several discussions - not all at once - about one a month and again, I admire his honesty and believe he is being as honest as he can but then, makes excuses I don’t accept. He said when his mariage was very dull and he was unhappy, he wondered if his wife’s lack of interest in romance had him returning to cross dressing. I feel it had nothing to do with his wife, would be upset if our relationship (like all relationships) hit a lull and he used it as a reason to cross dress.
What I’ve tried to explain to him is cross dressing is not something I can accept in an intimate relationship. I can accept it from an objective point of view because I’m not personally involved and not going to experience the burden of protecting someone I love by keeping their secret and this is the reason I’m writing. Out of respect for him, I can’t confide in my friends or family.

I'm worried about the heatsink not fitting height wise, because with my mobo I have around 16.5 cm (6.4 inches) of height clearance.
If there are any other good options out there I'm willing to look at them too. my price range is around $40 though I will stretch to 50 if need be.
Room temp for me is around 22 degrees, I have a Micro ATX mobo,and prefer that the heatsink doesn't cover my RAM slots because they are ALL in use. I'd prefer if the thermal compound it came with was at least half decent. If anyone can help me thanks.
Just as a side note, no cross border shipping because I don't have money set aside for that.
I've settled on a thermal compound, I've used it before, it's roughly equal to Arctic Silver, but it's non-electrically conductive, and best of all it doesn't bleed out from high tension.

Growing up I never took the bus my parents always took and drooped me to school. The bus, because we lived far out, came really early. It picked up some of my neighbors when I was waking up to start my day. Now that I have kids I live almost two miles from the school so they will not provide busses even for elementry 1st graders. If I were to let them walk they would have to cross a major 4 lane road with no crossing guard then walk three more blocks along that road before reaching the school and I don't think it is safe even though I have seen young 7 and 8 year olds doing the walk everyday.
I will add that walking was not an option, lived in a rural area and school was to far to walk to

Jenny- thanks for the answer. Can you tell me where it is that the cross is pagan in nature? Please do not mention from Nordic myths. As it HAS been ascertained that the myth of whoever it was dying on a tree was written AFTER Christ died on a cross. We know it was a cross because the Gospels ALL say so and that is what Rome used as their main means of the death penalty.
What is the meaning of Rev 1:8?
So all are in agreement that Christ died on a stauros with a crux for His arms? That seems to be consistent here. We know how the Romans crucified criminals. There is historical evidence for that and the Gospels write about this for of penalty for Christ. But I also seem to be understanding that you are saying that Christ is NOT the Son of God but you are claiming that He is Michael an angel of God?

You seem to be saying that Jesus is NOT the Son of God. If that is correct, then Imust infer that the spirit that is guiding this understanding for you is of antichrist. Since this verse states exactly that.
